Our current search is for a Nurse Practitioner with Disease Management experience for a Director of Clinic Programs Opportunity in the Los Angeles area. In this position you would oversee the Clinic Programs and direct the quality of care provided by the Nurse Practitioners in the clinic setting at many locations, as well as oversee the Disease Management Programs.
